What products can I order online?
There are a variety of products to choose from. To ease your search for specific products we conveniently divided our products into the following categories: catalogue to browse through our catalogue offer, for men, for women, for kids, accessories, home décor, Christmas gifts, toys and souvenirs, with appropriate sublinks.

If you know exactly the code of the product you are looking for you can use our quick product search or quick product purchase located also at our home page.

I saw an item I liked in your catalog. How do I find it online?

Our latest catalogues are also featured at the web site under link: CATALOGUE.

However, as our online store offers only latest catalogues, if you cannot find the product you are looking for, please order it by e-mail. Please shortly describe the product and the catalogue you saw it in, and we’ll assist you in your purchase.

Are your products hand made?
Yes, all our products are hand made by experienced and talented women knitters, weavers or crochet artisans from Bosnia and Herzegovina .

Who makes the products?

Products are made by women from around Bosnia and Herzegovina who are earning a living through engagement in BHCrafts handicraft project. Majority of women are from rural areas, unemployed with no or little formal education. Each product has a label with the name of the producer, the name of the woman that directly benefited from its making and your purchase.

Can you develop special collections for my store?
Yes. We are very experienced in developing special collections for various wholesalers and retailers from USA , France , UK , Switzerland and Japan including famous French design house Agnes b, Sundance catalogue, Bugs and Fairies and many others. Are products available in different color ways?
BHcrafts has always been known for its custom made products and we are happy to offer you the opportunity to choose your favorite product in your favorite color. Available color combinations are described for each product in the accompanying product description.

Yarn information

BHcrafts loves nuture and natural yarns that our kind to your skin. For most products we use either 100% wool or 100% cotton, rather than the artificial blends. Fibre content is also provided for each product in the accompanying product description.

Are products machine washable?

Most of the products are machine washable and are easy to take care of. Each product comes with the care label indicating the care instructions to ensure you will be able to enjoy the product for long period of time after the purchase.

Do you have dimensions for home décor items?
Dimension for each product is provided in the product description.

How do I know what’s my size?
We use standard sizes for our knitwear and accessories. Our sizing is divided as follows:
For children:
Infant sizes: 0-3 mo., 3-6 mo., 6-9mo., 12 mo., 18 mo.
Toddler sizes: 2T, 3T and 4T
Children’s sizes: 5, 6
Women’s sizes: XS, S, M, L and XL
Men’s sizes: XS, S, M, L and XL

Is there size variations?

BHcrafts is known for the quality of its knits and handicrafts because of the strict quality control. However, as all items are hand made the sizing may vary slightly +/-1cm, which is within the variation standard for hand made items.

How do you ship orders?
All orders are shipped with FedEx making our shipments safe and always on time.

If I place my order today, when will the order be shipped?
Each product is custom made according to your specifications. Please allow seven days for production of less complicated items to up a month for more intricate ones. Once we receive your order, we will notify you of the approximate shipping date.

How long does shipping itself take?
Once your order is produced, it will take around 3-5 working days for FedEx to deliver your order.

To what countries do you ship products?
We ship products to every country covered by FedEx deliveries. To see the list of countries please click here .

Can I ship to someone else at a different address?
Yes, you can ship to a different address. Just click on the button “ship to a different address” on the billing information page during checkout.

How much does the shipping cost?
"The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the product you order. We like to make our pricing transparent so that you know exactly how much you are paying for the product (40% of it goes to the woman who makes it) and how much money goes towards the shipping costs. BUY MORE AND SAVE MONEY! By buying more items at once you will save on shipping costs. How? For example, the minimum shipping for USA is circa $32 for parcels that weight half a kilo (500gr). Every additional kilo is charged at maximum $7, so the more items you buy, shipping gets cheaper and you get more for your money!

How will I be charged for my order?
BHcrafts uses CCNow services to bill you for your order. CCNow is safe and secure online retailer.
